I’ve helped nearly 100 online business owners start, manage, and grow their affiliate programs since 2016.
I’ve taught 5,800+ people how to run affiliate programs of their own with my Toolkits & trainings.
I’ve also made tens of thousands of dollars affiliating for other people’s businesses over the years.
I take a people-led approach to the affiliate programs I work on: seeing affiliates as multi-faceted humans instead of numbers on a spreadsheet.

A ‘request’ is a task related to your affiliate program or referral program that you want us to deliver for you.
This could be things like ‘write email swipe copy’ to ‘review affiliate pitch emails’.
If any requests are too big, we’ll break them down into smaller tasks in order to keep momentum flowing.
For example, if your focus is on evergreen product sales to your template shop, you could request things like:

Yep! You’ll be able to add an unlimited number of tasks into your client portal and we’ll work through them one at a time. You’ll also be able to see your request queue and switch priorities at any time. (Always handy if something pops up or priorities change!)

Communication will be completely asynchronous. No more ‘can we hop on a quick Zoom?’ messages. 🎉
Your client hub will be based in Trello, where you can:
add & update key information
add requests to your queue
review & approve work we’ve delivered
comment on each request with questions, feedback, and review requests

We aim to get things done as soon as we can. Some requests could take us less than 48hours (i.e. updating something or setting up tracking for a new product), whilst some could take us longer (i.e. writing email swipe copy or performing a full-scale audit or your affiliates).
Our turnaround time can be dependent on a number of factors including how many requests we have at one time, how fast we hear back from you if we have extra questions, etc.
To set expectations, the average is around 5 working days. Some longer or more complex requests may take longer but if you request something too large, we’ll break it down into smaller crumbs to keep momentum going!

However, we can’t commit to being around 24/7 365. We love working on affiliate programs… and we’re not robots. 🤖
And, as humans, we have lives outside of work, family to visit, games to play, and Netflix to binge. 😉

provide payout reports so you know exactly who to pay and how much each month
generate payouts automatically from within your affiliate program software
However, for security reasons, we won’t be able to handle payouts if it means logging into a client’s PayPal/Stripe/etc.

At ReferralPie, we believe in the power of meaningful connections. We’ll do our best to support your outreach as best as we can but we don’t include outreach in our subscription as they require ongoing management (chasing up, confirming, answering Q’s, etc) of your partner/affiliate inbox.
Whilst we won’t do any 1:1 outreach on your behalf, we can do things like:
create an outreach strategy that works best for you
send over recommended affiliates to reach out to
craft outreach emails (or tweak what you already have)

There are soooo many factors that go into an affiliate programs success. On-page copy, sales processes, product satisfaction—not to mention whether or not your affiliates actually share their links… so we can’t promise any results for your affiliate program.
However, there are a few things we can guarantee:

unlimited requests - no charging by the hour!
unlimited revisions - we’ll keep tweaking ‘til you’re happy!
zero commitment - pause or cancel any time!

Due to the intensive nature of the work, limited number of clients, and unlimited revisions, we only give refunds in very specific cases. If you start a subscription and decide it’s not for you after before requesting anything, we’re happy to send you a full refund (less payment processing fees). After requesting work, no refunds will be permitted.
If you want to cancel your subscription, you’ll be able to request work up until the date your subscription ends.
